Items

You can Add, Update or Remove items.Based on the serving time, Availability etc you can make any item online or offline.

1. Create Item

  1. Click on the Menu link from the left side bar.

  2. Select the Menu which you are changing.

  3. Go to the Items tab.

  4. Click on the '+ Add Item' button

  5. Fill in the details of the item which you are adding.

  6. Click on the 'Create Item' button to complete the item creation process.

2. Update Item

  1. Click on the Menu link from the left side bar.

  2. Select the Menu which you are changing.

  3. Go to the Items tab.

  4. The items in the system will be displayed in a tabular format

  5. Click on the item row of the item which you want to update

  6. Update the item details

  7. Click on the 'Update' button to save the updates.

3. Archive Item

  1. Click on the Menu link from the left side bar.

  2. Select the Menu which you are changing.

  3. Go to the Items tab.

  4. The items in the system will be displayed in a tabular format

  5. Click on the item row of the item which you want to update

  6. Click on the 'Archive' button.

  7. Confirm the 'Archive' action.

4. Make Item Online

  1. Click on the Menu link from the left side bar.

  2. Select the Menu which you are changing.

  3. Go to the Items tab.

  4. The items in the system will be displayed in a tabular format

  5. Click on the item row of the item which you want to update

  6. Click on the online slide to enable it.

  7. Click on the 'Update' button the save the changes.

5. Make Item Offline

  1. Click on the Menu link from the left side bar.

  2. Select the Menu which you are changing.

  3. Go to the Items tab.

  4. The items in the system will be displayed in a tabular format

  5. Click on the item row of the item which you want to update

  6. Click on the online slide to disable it.

  7. Click on the 'Update' button the save the changes.

6. Add Item Modifier

  1. Click on the Menu link from the left side bar.

  2. Select the item which you are changing.

  3. Go to the 'Modifier' tab in the edit item page.

  4. Click on the 'Add item Modifier' button

  5. Fill in the details of the modifier which you are adding.

  6. Click on the 'Create Modifier' button to complete the creation process.

7. Update Item Modifier

  1. Click on the Menu link from the left side bar.

  2. Select the item which you are changing.

  3. Go to the 'Modifier' tab in the edit item page

  4. The existing modifiers in the system will be shown in a tabular format.

  5. Click on the row of the modifier which needs to be updated.

  6. Update the modifier details

  7. Click on the 'Update' button to save the changes.

8. Archive Item Modifier

  1. Click on the Menu link from the left side bar.

  2. Select the item which you are changing.

  3. Go to the 'Modifier' tab.

  4. The existing modifiers in the system will be shown in a tabular format.

  5. Click on the row of the modifier which needs to be updated.

  6. Click on the 'Archive' button.

  7. Confirm the 'Archive' action.

9. Item Schedule

If you want to make an item in some particular schedule then follow the steps,

  1. Click on the 'Create Item ' or 'Edit Item' button and open the new page.

  2. Click on the 'Schedule' button at the top.

  3. Select any one or more schedule which you want and click on update.

  4. The 'Item' is visible to those selected schedules only.

  5. Deselect the schedules and update.

  6. The Item is visible in Restaurant schedule.

10. Preview Item

  1. Click on any item in the Menu.

  2. The 'Edit Item' page is open.

  3. Click at the Eye shaped icon on top right of the page.

  4. The Item preview is available in the new page.

11. Apply Item Modifier to Item

  1. Select any item from the 'Item List'.

  2. Click on the 'Modifier' button.

  3. In the item modifier list, select the 'Tick' mark of the item modifier which you want to apply.

  4. Click on update.

12. Apply Global Modifier to Item

  1. Select any Item from the 'Item List'.

  2. Click on the Modifier button.

  3. In the global modifier list, select the 'Tick' mark of the Global modifier which you want to apply.

  4. Click on update.

13. Create or Update Image

  1. Click on 'Add Item' or open the update item page.

  2. An image box is present with a 'Edit Image' button.

  3. Click on the button

  4. A new box is open, where you can upload images either by uploading the image(less then 5 MB) or by pasting the URL(length should be less than 250) also.

  5. The images should be in JPEG,PNG,JPG format.
