Our charges

1. Service charges in customer order

Service charges are charged to the customer for their first order of the day (Based on UTC time zone). This is a fixed amount and will be added to the first order's receipt.

2. Monthly subscription charges to restaurant

As per the restaurant agreement, a charge of $ 79.99 will be deducted from the restaurant if the accepted target orders and not met by the restaurant. The amount will be charged pro rata based on home much percentage of the target was met.

ex: Target of 150 orders per month will waive the $ 79.99 subscription fee. But, the restaurant was only able to meet 100 of the order. i.e.. 50 short. So the amount charged at the end of the month is 79.99 - (100 * 79.99/150) = $ 25.67
